The Nonsense Pitch: A Student Competition

October 2 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free
Pitch preparation is considered critical for entrepreneurs in order to attract investor funding for their startups. But… what if, as an entrepreneur, you had no time to practice your pitch? And no idea what your business concept is as you were about to present your pitch? Scary? Very. Lessons to be learned? Absolutely! In this informative and hilarious session by Professor Stuart Levy, students will compete by delivering a prepared Pecha Kucha presentation they have never seen, on a business concept they will (hopefully) come up with as they view the slides along with us. Prizes will be awarded. All audience members will be judges, and in the process, we will learn how the five skills of play, empathy, creativity, experimentation, and reflection support development of our entrepreneurial selves.
