I’m the inventor of 5 consumer goods. I hold patents\, and I have a passion for innovation. When products don’t work\, I can usually tell you why. But suddenly my world came to a halt with cancer holding up a STOP sign. My mom had been diagnosed with an aggressive gallbladder cancer which led me to 3 years of research\, (most nights I would stay up until dawn). I presented my findings to a prominent surgeon at the University of Michigan who said\, “you are on to something\, Josephine.” And wrote me a letter of recommendation to GW medical school.
